Product Polish

Meeting consumer expectations hasn't changed much in the last ten years: products must provide an exceptional user experience, a rich (and useful) feature set, and innovative design. What has changed is the speed and depth to which consumers share their user experiences with one another and (gulp) to potential customers. Simply put, the tolerance for mediocre products is at an all-time low, and word of mouth discussions and purchase decisions are happening at near-real time.

At Stage Two, we understand consumers, how and why they buy products, and what they expect them to do to enrich their lives.
